HOW TO SPA
Thank you for your interest in Cathi Nalzaro Massage & Facials. I want you to know that I truly appreciate your support of small, local businesses. I’m not big on a lot of rules, but there are some “housekeeping” items I need to go over. The following is general information to help enhance our experience together!

FIND ME!
My office is located INSIDE Christi’s Family Fitness. There is plenty of free parking. When you enter the building, the front desk will be happy to direct you to me. It is not necessary to check in with them on every visit. Once you find me, enter and have a seat in the waiting room. CANCELLATION POLICY Last minute things happen and I do understand, but as a courtesy, please allow 24 hours notice when necessary to cancel or change an appointment. Unfortunately, Flash Sale appointments cannot be rescheduled for the sale price. No Call/No Show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% ARRIVAL If you are a member coming from the fitness club, please take advantage of the steam room and showers. A pre-massage steam enhances your treatment! On your initial visit, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a short intake form and to discuss your treatment. Also, you may request an online intake form be sent to you. CELL PHONES As a courtesy to other spa guests, please do not use your cell phones while in the waiting area or in the treatment rooms. If you must take a call, please step out into the gym lobby area. Also, for your own relaxation, please silence your phone during treatment time! CHILDREN I’m a mom..I get it :) Christi’s Fitness does have child care which is FREE for club members. There is a charge for Non-members. Older, well behaved children may sit in the waiting room, but please be aware that other treatments may be going on and if they are disruptive, your session will be terminated. |
GRATUITY
While it is customary to leave a tip, especially on deeply discounted services and packages, gratuity is completely left to your discretion. It is never expected, but ALWAYS appreciated. I consider it a great compliment. THANK YOU! PAYMENT Please make checks payable to Cathi Nalzaro. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover are all accepted. I also accept money transfer via Zelle, VENMO app, Cash app (scan QR code’s below) Old school cash works, too!
