massage just the way you like it! You pick the intensity: light Swedish to deep tissue, or a combo of both. Hot/cold therapy, trigger point therapy, orthoflexology, bamboo fusion, fascia blasting, dynamic, cupping, and PNF stretching are all options that can be included in your massage treatment as needed or desired. As always massage treatments end with the signature foot scrub.

Express Massage: (30 min) $65
​Less is not necessarily less. This 30 minute treatment intently targets areas of concern. Perfect if you’re short on time (or money 😉)

Elevated Massage: +$40
Upgrade your massage experience with a full body, exfoliation, essential oil, therapy, and facial massage. That includes a hydrating sheet mask.
