Cupping notes:
1.Spray with transdermal Magnesium oil.
Why Magnesium oil
Magnesium is an essential mineral for helping the body to heal from muscle injury or muscular conditions. Most people experience magnesium deficiency. The use of transdermal magnesium provides an excellent partner to massage to alleviate the pain of muscle injury, spasm, and cramps. In addition, it can help provide relief for inflammatory conditions that cause muscular pain, such as fibromyalgia or sciatica.
The best way for your body to absorb magnesium is through your skin.
If you’re putting any form of magnesium on your body you want to make sure you skin has enough time to absorb it. Make sure when you use any of these magnesium body products you leave it on your skin for at least 20 minutes. I would just put it on at night and go to sleep with it.

3. Cup:
Method One: Stationary or Static Cupping Therapy
Used for pinpoint areas or if movement is too intense
- Choose the area of your body that you will be working on.
- Apply cups to the desired area, notice the time, and do not leave them on for more than 15 minutes.
- Remove cups at the 10-15 minute mark.
- Then, continue on other areas as-needed.
Method Two: Dynamic (gliding) Cupping Therapy
Used for large areas or muscle tension
- Choose an area of the body to work on
- Apply an oil or lotion to reduce the resistance of dragging
- Apply the cup to the desired area, set a timer so you do not cup an area longer than 15 minutes
- Move the cup along the area in any direction (up and down, back and forth, or circles)
- Remove cup at the 10-15 minutes mark
- Continue on other areas if desired
What to do after cupping or a cupping massage:
- Wait at least 3 hours before showering. The pores underneath the cupped area will be open, a result of the negative pressure created by the cups themselves, making your skin in those areas especially vulnerable to changes in temperature and/or infection.
- Drink a lot of water. Water helps flush your lymphatic system of the cellular waste that cupping helps release from your tissues.
- Stay warm. Try to cover the area(s) where you received cupping. When you loosen the built up toxins in your body, they are carried by the blood to your lymphatic system for removal. This is essentially the same process your body goes through when you are battling a minor illness like a cold. Cupping also helps open your pores, which can make you feel cooler than normal.
- Rest. Sleep is a vital part of the body’s natural regenerative processes, enabling all bodily systems to repair and replace damaged cells and tissues.
